Perceived Femininity: Women Working in Male-Dominated Occupations

چکیده

Patriarchal society significantly affects how people interpret gender In the Indonesian, which leads to segregation and stereotypes in workplace.Current development, women are entering fields like mining construction that were formerly dominated by men. This study seeks understand perceive their femininity when working environments where men predominate. The research method is interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA), uses a qualitative explorative approach line with constructivist paradigm. information gathered from interviews was analyzed using Smith, Flowers, Larkin's (2009) data techniques. findings indicate who work professions predominate regard as combination of traditional femininity, new adopted male traits means adjusting workplace. us conclusion currently changing today tend express themselves more freely.
